I see conflict not only as a natural and inevitable part of being in relationship, but also as an opportunity for deeper understanding, clarity, and growth. My approach is informed by Nonviolent Communication, facilitation, and a strong awareness of the relational and cultural dynamics that shape conflict. I’m especially at home working with partnerships that live outside dominant relationship scripts or don’t always receive the same care and attention as traditional romantic relationships. I offer both mediation and relationship coaching, depending on what kind of support your situation calls for.

Mediation
Mediation is a focused process designed to support two or more people in moments of acute conflict or rupture. Together, we slow things down, build shared understanding, and, when possible, develop clear agreements for how to move forward. My role is to support care, clarity, and meaningful dialogue between everyone involved.
Relationship Coaching
Relationship coaching is a multi-session engagement that supports partners, collaborators, families, and teams in strengthening how they listen, communicate, and grow together. We identify patterns, build relational capacity, and develop practices that support both the individuals and the partnership itself.
